Hays graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2012. He obtained his manual therapy certification through Evidence in Motion,
is a certified Graston (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) practitioner, and he also treats vestibular dysfunction, vertigo, and balance disorders.
Hays is proficient in Spanish, having practiced physical therapy in a mostly Hispanic setting prior to joining Premier.
Hays’s previous experience includes working in personal training as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA prior to attending PT school. He is an avid golfer and weightlifter who also occasionally competes in local golf tournaments and recreational sports in the area.
Hays chose the profession of physical therapy due to his own experience with rehabilitation and his ability to return to sports, and his greatest joy is helping others due the same.

Hi y'all! Meet Lisa--Premier's very own taste of Texas. Born & raised in Houston, Lisa and her fanatical OSU Buckeye-lovin'
hubby packed up their two cowboys and cowgirl and headed down the Gulf to experience a different kind of southern living.
She, like the rest of the Premier family, shares a love for healing, as well as music, and the arts. You might see Lisa scrambling about the office (coffee in hand) doing everything she can from faxing patient notes & updates to keeping Premier's doors open--seriously, she's there every morning opening the doors-- but most importantly, ensuring each and every one of our patients feel like family when they're with us.
If you've been to Premier, then you know this guy. Paul, the chiseled face of our front office, hails from Long Island, New York. While today he is excitedly greeting you to our office or doing you the courtesy of authorizing your benefits, his long-term plan is to earn his doctorate in physical therapy. His hobbies include golf, fishing, smiling, lifting weights and killin' it!
